Halswell's Flora and Fauna on your wedding invites?
In common with most country estates Halswell is a rich, diverse wildlife environment for many of the British Isles' birds and plants. What is a little more unusual is the wildlife to be found inside this 17th century jewel. Within the first floor Chinese Room is a veritable feast of flowers and feathers cavorting across the walls for the amusement of visitors. To view the current menagerie click here. Originally designed for a very limited audience these beautiful images have now been recorded and enhanced for you to use in the design of your wedding invitations and table place names etc.

Floral Theatre joins the Halswell family
As of January 2010 we have an exciting new addition to the Halswell family. Floral Theatre is the new in-house flowers and entertainment service which can provide a range of backdrops to any event. FT will supply seasonal house flowers throughout the year as well as offer a bespoke service for parties and celebrations of all kinds. You will still be able to use outside suppliers for specific elements but take a look at what Floral Theatre can offer and be prepared for some pleasant surprises.not least in terms of cost. After the roaring success of last year's inaugural event, we are staging another New Year's Eve Ball in the mansion house at Halswell this coming New Year's Eve.
As before there will be a Highland piper to welcome you, complementary buffet, disco, and fun casino. Once the smoke has cleared from the best pyrotechnics display in the southwest at just after midnight, bangers and chips will be served to sustain you for the next three hours of serious partying.
The dress code will be black and white. and masked. Prizes for the best ensemble will be awarded during the course of the evening.
Six reception rooms will be available and three bars will serve guests from 8pm until 3qm the following morning - non-stop!
Tickets will be £45.00 per person and early booking is advised due to popularity. Further information will be available in the coming weeks from the Halswell Box office on 0845 204 1066.

We are putting the finishing touches to 'Build My Wedding™' whereby you will be able to select your preferred date and then populate it with your dream elements. Menus, drinks packages, entertainments, fireworks and much more can be entered in either a Gold, Silver or Bronze quotation and then when you're happy with what you've chosen you can total it up. Simple! Once you know what you want, what about paying for it monthly? The prefect way to plan for the partnership celebration of your dreams.
